Details: Risk Analyst - Consumer Banking Risk Management (Deposit Product Acquisitions Team)   As a Senior Risk Analyst within the Deposit Product Acquisitions Team within Consumer Banking Risk Management, you will be responsible for the evaluation and optimization of the deposit products model suite.  In addition, you will conduct thorough quantitative portfolio analysis primarily using SAS, SQL, and UNIX as tools; to identify trends and develop effective solutions for business challenges.  Expectations for this individual include, but are not limited to: Gathering and interpreting large amounts of complex data to formulate concise conclusions regarding portfolio dynamics and trends. The statistical evaluation of vendor created tools so as to estimate potential benefit to JPMorgan Chase. Assisting with statistical validations of the existing set of account acquisition, transactional management and customer behavioral models Development and implementation of optimal model strategies (score cutoffs, policies, operational flows, etc.) Participate in strategic initiatives with other business areas throughout Chase. Review portfolio composition and identify the underlying risk. Analyze and quantify the causes for this risk, and make recommendations for change where necessary. Responsible for performing complex analysis and statistical modeling that maximizes profits and account growth and minimizes credit and operating losses and other risk exposures. Assess the performance of current tools; evaluate various vendor products by doing data studies, and make recommendations to senior management. Responsible for infrastructure design, development, and execution to improve fraud detection decisioning with respect to various transaction types and channels.
